His expertise lies in securing planning consents for high-profile commercial projects and guiding them through to detailed design. Gavin has contributed across workplace, mixed-use, masterplanning and residential sectors, with strengths in team leadership and contractor collaboration during early engagement processes.
His technical knowledge encompasses BIM/Revit implementation from concept through detailed design, complemented by strong hand sketching abilities. Notable achievements include leading a government workplace project and securing a competition win for a high-profile Oxford Street retail redevelopment.
