John has many years experience including residential, masterplanning, healthcare & commercial. John’s primary expertise is the delivery of large scale commercial projects on challenging sites in the City of London and the West End, drawing from his many years of experience at Orms
He says, “Projects such as 20 Red Lion Street and 20 St James’s Street demonstrate how, with a clear understanding of commercial property market drivers, existing buildings and new builds can be successful regardless of their variance in budget and location.”
John has also completed similar new build and refurbishment projects on Wigmore Street, Gracechurch Street, Finsbury Square and currently working on major projects on Oxford Street and Grosvenor Street
John also leads the implementation and development of our IT, BIM and Documents Control systems for project delivery across the Orms studio maintaining our high standard of Quality assurance.
