As Associate Director Melanie leads a team committed to a range of sectors and scales. Among her current projects are a prominent new retail facade on Oxford Street for M&G Investors, refurbishment of an office building on The Mall for The Crown Estate and conversion of a derelict warehouse in Leeds in the emerging Southbank area for CEG.
Past projects she has led include BCO award winners Alpha Works, a co-working space in Birmingham and ISG’s own headquarters in London. Melanie has completed a number of workplace refurbishments and co-working interiors across London over the past decade at Orms for Derwent London, Aviva and TOG amongst others.
Melanie has recently completed her role as a member of the first Employee Ownership Council at Orms and is currently leading our Research & Development team on regenerative design & sustainable practice and is actively involved in the design review group.
