What does ultrapractical mean to you? My work has developed a rich understanding of reimagining existing buildings and the technical precision their transformation demands. Ultrapractical design means addressing the complexities of adaptation whilst maintaining architectural integrity. This approach extends to reducing construction waste through the thoughtful reworking of existing building elements and embracing circular economy principles. I believe that truly sustainable architecture requires both creative vision and meticulous technical knowledge—combining these elements is the essence of being ultrapractical.
