Located in the Clerkenwell conservation area this building has been transformed with a new facade and full internal refurbishment.
The 1980’s facade was a black spot in the historic street and has been replaced with a Peterson brick and oak window facade, to compliment the range of brick types and window styles in the area. The new design increases the natural light into the building by over 25%.
The interior finishes reflect the industrial nature of the site with exposed concrete soffits and columns, timber floor and exposed services.
The reception adds a burst of colour. Here the central feature is a curved white balustrade surrounded by teal walls.
