Orms have refurbished Exmouth House for Clerkenwell’s new generation of designers and makers. Extending the building upwards, creating twenty new office spaces and refreshing the common areas.
We also carried out an ambitious rebranding of the building. Creating a strong new identity using impactful neon artworks, wayfinding graphics, graffiti artwork by Remi Rough and a bold use of colour throughout.
