Forum St Paul’s is the new identity of the refurbished 1990’s Richard Seifert building at 33 Gutter Lane. This 7 storey building has been subtly stripped back to reveal a raw sophisticated workspace for Aviva Investors.
For the signage and graphic element of this project we developed a number of innovations that are tailor made for the intricacies of the building. A tour of the space passes the etched granite numerals of the entrance portal and on into the double height reception area to be greeted by a wrap-around logo panel – fitted over the oak reception desk.
In the stairwells, bespoke display shelves with integrated floor numbering appear on each landing. And screen-printed name discs stylishly identify what’s behind all of the doors.
Meanwhile, outside in the private courtyard there is possibly our favourite feature, a “disappearing” cycle parking space symbol that only reveals itself when viewed from the correct angle.
