Forum St Paul’s has been re-imagined as a new offer in the City. Inside and out, the area has been opened up to create generous and welcoming new social spaces on its grounds within the City of London. This is a richly mixed area, adjacent to Livery Halls, churches, churchyards and contemporary buildings. Originally built in 1990 by Richard Seifert, the 60,000 sqft, 7 storey building has been subtly stripped back to reveal a raw sophisticated workspace for Aviva Investors.
Orms have executed a complete overhaul of the building, creating a new roof extension and external terraces, carving out new openings to form striking double height spaces, not only in the reception area but also to other previously featureless spaces. Tenant amenities have been carefully considered and crafted throughout the building to create a unique experience from the approach to their front door. A landscaped courtyard, a serviced co-working space and stylish shower and cyclist facilities all contribute to a dynamic workplace environment that encourages collaboration and the sharing of ideas.
